This Privacy Policy details certain policies that we have implemented regarding our use of your personally identifiable information. It covers KV Impact Consulting LLC (“KV Impact”) websites, mobile apps and services where this Privacy Notice is posted (“Sites”) and clients of our related services that are accessed through the Sites (collectively, the “Service”).

Registration and Collection of Personal Information, Aggregate Information and Use of “Cookies”

Personally Identifiable Information
You do not have to register or provide any personally identifiable information to visit our Sites. However, some of the features offered through our Sites or our Service may require you to register and provide your name and email address. For example, if you desire to submit a request for a KV Impact representative to contact you, KV Impact will ask you to complete a contact form. Your contact information is used to provide and otherwise administer the services and/or products you request. If you are an employee of a company that has registered to use the Service, your employer may submit to KV Impact your name and e-mail address as part of registering you for the Service.

Use of Cookies
Sites may use cookies to personalize and facilitate maximum navigation of the User by these Sites. The User may configure their browser to notify and reject the installation of the cookies sent by us.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
The Sites may track your IP address, Internet service provider (ISP), operating system, the Sites from which you arrived, and the time and date of your visit automatically as part of the operation of these Sites. We may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, but such information will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and it will not contain personally identifiable information. Security and the Nature of the Internet
It is KV Impact’s intent to protect any personally identifiable information that you submit to us against unauthorized access to or unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and KV Impact employs reasonable procedural and technological security measures to maintain the security of the personally identifiable information we may collect and process. KV Impact may use encryption, firewalls, password protection, and physical lock and key to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personally identifiable information while it is transferred between your machine and our servers. KV Impact may also place internal restrictions on who in the company may access data to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy is current as of the effective date set forth above. By using these Sites and/or the Service, you accept all the terms of KV Impact’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use these Sites and/or the Service. If we need to change our Privacy Policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the updated Privacy Policy on the Sites on this page and send an e-mail notification to the e-mail address of record for you or a company’s Program Manager or contract signatory of record, as applicable, so that you are always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and how we may use this information. Your continued use of these Sites and/or continued provision of personally identifiable information to KV Impact following the posting of changes to the Privacy Policy will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.

Updating Personally Identifiable Information
KV Impact provides you with the ability to review and update the personally identifiable information that you provide to us by accessing and modifying this information on your account page on the Sites. You may also access, update, correct inaccuracies or delete the personally identifiable information we may have by submitting a request to us by e-mail at support@kvimpact.com. We will do our best to respond to all requests in a timely manner.
