Kyan Frith
CO-FOUNDER
A highly experienced UK qualified accountant with over 25 years experience of working in a variety of business sectors including accounting practice, government, financial services, wholesale and non-profit. CFO/FD background gained in commercial roles. Skilled finance lead, project manager, governance professional, and cyber risk specialist.
Career commenced in the UK, then a move to Guernsey, Channel Islands (tax efficient financial jurisdiction), and ultimately to San Antonio, TX in July 2023.
Originally trained in accounts prep and auditing, which led to strategic finance and commercial roles to help make huge impact on businesses to drive efficiency, increase revenues and enhance profits.
Understands challenges and needs of business owners and c-suite executives.

Victoria Frith
CO-FOUNDER
Victoria is responsible for the smooth operation of the business.
She has been providing international bookkeeping services for over 10 years in the UK and the US. She is both Quickbooks Certified and Xero Certified, and able to provide expert advice and support for both solutions. She has also worked with various ERP solutions too.
Her career to date has been diverse, from health insurance, supporting a radio station, to roles in a medical center and difference offices. The knowledge and experience enables her to help clients in an area of business that they frequently like to avoid!
Victoria is a San Antonian, and whilst she had been working for many years in the UK, she is thrilled to be back home in Texas.

Austin Galvez
TAX CONSULTANT
Experienced consultant with a holistic approach, blending auditing insights for accurate operational views, business valuation expertise to assess transactional impact on company value, proactive tax planning to minimize liabilities, and CFO background offering comprehensive financial planning and analytics, including cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
Career commenced in 2014 in Utah before moving to San Antonio, TX. Trained as an auditor and business consultant before specializing in tax and operations consulting.
Worked with companies with annual revenues of tens of thousands to tens of millions.
Experienced in litigation support, CFO services, accounting, business and personal tax consulting and preparation, R&D tax credits, M&A analysis and planning and business valuation.

An accomplished management consultant specializing in risk and cyber risk management, operational, and project management.
With a wealth of experience, he enhances organizations by fortifying risk management frameworks, prioritizing cyber risk management, and providing independent oversight.
He excels in operationalizing visions and strategies, bridging the gap between strategy, risks, and execution.
His services include developing frameworks, conducting independent cyber risk assessments, overseeing projects, crafting business cases, and optimizing operating models.
